2015 EBC Snowbird Century Proudly presented with the support of:

Snowbird 2015 is now closed but click here to check out the next 2016 Snowbird Century.

The Roland Mazzotti Snowbird Century is one of EBC's most popular events.  Named after the late Roland Mazzotti, beloved by his colleagues and fellow members for his down to earth humor, love of all things cycling, and dedication to EBC.  We honor the memory of Roland with this ride each year. We have something for everyone, experienced road cyclists can choose from the 100 mile century or 62 mile metric century.  Or have fun cycling with your family or friends on our 40 mile route.  The 30 mile route allows beginners and touring cyclists an excellent option. Come out and ride with us! Proceeds to benefit a charity of the ride chairmen's choosing.

Be a part of EBC Roland Mazzotti Snowbird Century 2015!

Great sponsorship opportunity!  Lots of volunteer opportunities! Please contact EBC at info@evergladesbc.com.

Whether you were in saddle, doing SAG or manning the tents at the ride start and stops as a sponsor or volunteer, it was a great day out for all! Congratulation to all riders for reaching your goal in completing the grueling 30, 40, 62 or 100 mile loop! (Appears that your weekly training rides with EBC is paying off). Behind the scene a lot of "busy-EBCs" (i.e. busy-bees) were hard at work putting it together. Ride Chair, Volunteer Chair...Hey whatever the hat maybe, Pat Massey,  pulled a "Hail Mary" out her EBC gator hat that day! Pat sends her gratitude to every one who supported the event in front and behind the scenes, it would not have been possible without all your contributions. Yep, a big pat on the back to all, cause though we all share a love of cycling and fun times, at the end of the day our 2015 Snowbird efforts was towards a worthy charity, PATCHES. (Stay tuned for when we do the ceremonial handing of the "big" charity check to PATCHES at our monthly club meeting, typically it is usually the same time as our annual Club BBQ picnic beach party). In the mean time, why not take some time to "Like" Patches on Facebook, tweet about Patches... let's get it out there and share the good work that the people of PATCHES do in our community!

Club Secretary, Pat Massey in her Gator Hat, (a.k.a one of Aly's, the club mascot growing brood of babies).

Everyday PATCHES Iis making a difference in the lives of medically complex children and their families. Every child deserves to live free of pain and be as healthy as they can be to grow and play.

Because of PATCHES, many babies and children are able to get out of the hospital sooner or leave the isolation of home care and spend the day in a safe, enriching environment where they can thrive physically, developmentally and socially.

PATCHES has helped countless families manage their child’s health care needs so they can feel secure in returning to work or school.
