The EBC Annual Picnic will take place on Saturday,  April 20, 2019 at Crandon Park on Key Biscayne
We will be picnicing at Pavilion #12.

Enter the the park at the Crandon North Beach Entrance.  Drive through the old toll booth and proceed to the end of the parking lot towards the beach.  Turn left, we are at the last pavilion.   Go to the far left of the parking lot closest to the beach.  That's where we'll be setting up registration and organizing our rides.  We will be picnicing at Pavilion #12. Parking fees are paid using the Pay Stations.

All rides will depart at 8:30 AM, arrive 15 minutes before for tutorial etc:

  • Road bike pace groups 16-18 and 18-20 mph will enjoy this 35 mile route.  The route planned for the day will be a refreshing and vista-filled experience from Key Biscayne north to Miami Shore bayfront and includes a loop of Virginia Key. RWGPS Route: https://ridewithgps.com/routes/18884911
  • Road bike pace group 14-16 mph This ride will loop Key Biscayne one touring the old Crandon Park Zoo and the Crandon Bike Trail.  Approximately 20 miles.
  • Special Trail Ride heads out from the same parking lot, ride to Virginia Key and then have guided use of the Virginia Key Trails.
  • New Beginner/Family ride  This ride will loop Key Biscayne touring the old Crandon Park Zoo and the Crandon Bike Trail.

All riders will return to Crandon Park. If your family did not ride, have them meet you there for the Picnic!  Then there's the food!  We'll have BBQ catered by Sidewalk Salads with Texas Style Brisket, Pulled Pork and Tarragon Chicken Salad OR Dill Tuna Salad + sides.
