Sunrise School to BP/HBP EBC Regular Leader-led 14-16, 16-18, 17-19, 18-20, and 20+ MPH Training Road Ride (Multi)

REGULAR SATURDAY MORNING EBC LEADER-LED RIDES:

Today's ride begin at Sunrise School of Miami, located at 14920 SW 67th Ave, Palmetto Bay, FL 33158.  There is plenty of parking available at the school. Start times vary, see below.

After the ride, at 10AM, join us for EBC's Sourdough Bread, Water and Coffee Extravaganza at Sunrise School of Miami, provided by Sunrise School Parents.  There will be fresh baked sourdough bread, butter, coffee and water.  The bread will be baked by Parents of Sunrise School of Miami who will be delighted to make your acquaintance and show you around the campus and gardens.    For more info about Sunrise School see www.sunriseschoolofmiami.org.

• Destination for group 1 is Black Point, please arrive by 8:00,am, pedals up at 8:15am.
• Destination for groups 2 - 4 is Homestead Bayfront Park, please arrive by 7:15am, pedals up at 7:30am.
  
• Destination for group 5 varies, please arrive by 7:15am, pedals up at 7:30am.
• Download routes to your RWGPS mobile app or Garmin device, this is a value added perk of  EBC Membership. Search "Sunrise School" to find the routes in the club library.

General EBC Training Ride Information:

• Destinations vary including start times and locations.

Group 5:  20+ MPH Ride for the most Advanced riders who perform at more challenging speeds and longer distances. Note:  This ride is leaderless.

Group 4: 18-20 MPH LEADER-LED Ride for Advanced riders who are ready to take their riding to the next level and want to enjoy a challenging and safe environment with leader support and ongoing coaching.

Group 1: 14-16 MPH LEADER-LED Ride (GREAT ride for newer cyclists). Rider rules for safety, etiquette for riding in teams is reinforced and trained on this ride. 

Each group is lead by 2 ride leaders minimum, one ride leader in the front leading the group and one in the back sweeping. Our ride leaders are volunteer EBC members who have been certified to lead the EBC rides.
