EBC Regular Leader-led 14-16MPH Training Ride (Saturday)

Groups 1, 2, and 3 are participating in the Miami Spice Ride this week.  Group 4 is doing the regular training ride to Deering.  All groups will meet at City Hall and leave at 7:30AM Sharp

Group 1:  20+ Ride for the most Advanced riders who perform at challenging speeds and longer distances.  Ride in the Miami Spice Ride this week.

Group 2: 18-20 Ride for Advanced riders who are ready to take their riding to the next level and want to enjoy and challenging and safe environment with leader support and ongoing coaching.  Ride in the Miami Spice Ride this week.

Group 3: 16-18+ MPH LEADER-LED Ride for Experienced riders who are ready to take the next step to learning more advanced cycling skills like drafting, pace line etiquette at higher speeds, etc.  Ride in this Miami Spice ride this week.

Group 4: 14-16 MPH LEADER-LED Ride (GREAT ride for newer cyclists). Rider rules for safety, etiquette for riding in teams is reinforced and trained on this ride. Ride in the regular training route to Deering and back.
