EBC Miami Spice Spanish Monastery in North Miami (Wynwood Murals time permitting) 14-16, 16-18, 18-20, and 20+ MPH (Saturday)

March  Miami Spice EBC LEADER-LED RIDES:

All groups will be included in this month's Spice ride.

Group 1:  20+ Ride for the most Advanced riders who perform at r challenging speeds and longer distances. Ride in this Miami Spice ride this week.

Group 2: 18-20 Ride for Advanced riders who are ready to take their riding to the next level and want to enjoy and challenging and safe environment with leader support and ongoing coaching. Ride in this Miami Spice ride this week.

Group 3: 16-18+ MPH LEADER-LED Ride for Experienced riders who are ready to take the next step to learning more advanced cycling skills like drafting, pace line etiquette at higher speeds, etc. Ride in this Miami Spice ride this week.

Group 4: 14-16 MPH LEADER-LED Ride (GREAT ride for newer cyclists). Rider rules for safety, etiquette for riding in teams is reinforced and trained on this ride. Ride in this Miami Spice ride this week.

Join EBC This Saturday, March 19th.   ALL cyclists are invited to join us for this 38 mile round trip ride from City Hall, Coconut Grove at 7:20 Meet up and tutorial and 7:35 departure to the Spanish Monastery in North Miami.  If time permits we will also tour the murals in Wynwood.

All EBC Leader-Led Rides from all groups including 14-17, 16-18, 18-20 and 20+ will be participating in the Spice Ride this Saturday.

Looking forward to seeing you all this Saturday. Please bring 2 water bottles and a snack as this is a longer ride.
